Peacock Blue Dining Table
A couple was looking for a new dining table before ultimately deciding to update his grandmother's table to fit their home. It was a cherry, oval piece with a starburst pattern to the wood grain that the clients wanted to highlight. The top was sanded and re-stained a dark, warm brown for a modern update. The legs and frame were painted in a peacock blue, giving the piece a pop of color, and distressed slightly for a bit of a weathered look. Now, it's a table their family can use often, yet still cherish as a family piece.
