Distressed Empire Dresser

This large Empire-style dresser had damaged veneer across most of the piece. A majority of that veneer was removed, and a beautiful piece of wood was revealed underneath the top. It was refinished and stained a dark brown to show off its wood grain, and there are small pock marks in various places which gives it a weathered look. The base of the dresser was painted with a white chalk paint, and distressed along its edges to show the dark wood beneath and highlight the beautiful lines of the piece. Dark wood knobs and original metal keyholes add touches of character. This piece has three small upper drawers and two large lower drawer. It would work great as ample storage in a bedroom, or as a buffet in a dining or living room. 25" x 60" by 35" tall.
